Description
I developed this simple tracker for my clients to record their daily supplements (what, when and how much), water intake, key foods to have and exercise routines. We review it at every consultation to monitor progress, adherence and commitment.
I ask them to keep it on the kitchen bench or somewhere they can easily see it and tick the boxes manually and add comments as they go. I find having a printed copy increases awareness and compliance and makes progress visible at a glance (it’s on one page with content on both sides).
