Looking Beyond Symptoms
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping people make sense of their health.
Rather than simply asking, “How do we manage this symptom?”, I ask, “What might this symptom be telling us?”

At the same time, many of the principles that have supported health for generations, including nourishing whole foods, restorative sleep, regular movement, time in nature, meaningful relationships, self-care and appropriate herbal medicine, remain just as relevant today.
I don’t see these perspectives as competing with one another. I see them as complementary.
By combining current scientific evidence, clinical experience and traditional naturopathic wisdom, I create practical, personalised strategies that fit your health, your lifestyle and your stage of life.
Sometimes further investigation, targeted nutritional support, herbal medicine or collaboration with other healthcare practitioners is appropriate. Whenever possible, however, I aim to identify and address the underlying causes and contributing factors behind your symptoms rather than focusing solely on symptom management.
