• Initial consultation: $200 (up to 90 min) – an initial assessment via Zoom/ telephone Australia-wide. It includes a comprehensive health and lifestyle assessment, prior test result reviews and referrals determining which lab tests may be indicated to help identifying/ confirming potential cause(s) of your health condition(s), post-consultation email support.
• Follow up consultations: $170 (up to 60 min) | $110 (up to 30 min) – via Zoom / telephone Australia-wide. It includes review of treatment progress, nutrition and supplements adjustments, test results interpretation, lifestyle adjustment coaching, and answering your questions as we go.
• Other – functional lab tests interpretation charges: where more than one functional test (done via private labs) is required to be researched, analysed and interpreted, a fee of $40 per test will be added.

An in person consultations are not available at this time. Online consultation are conducted either via Zoom or telephone, provided that neither quality of the service nor the safety of the client are compromised.

Following the online consultation, it may be necessary to perform relevant lab tests in order to determine an appropriate course of natural therapies and your individual requirements (testing is usually discussed during the first or second consultation).

‘Practitioner only’ supplements/ herbal remedies can be ordered via an online dispensary and are posted nationally Australia-wide.

Please note that Joanna does not consult with clients who are under 16 years old, or clients based outside of Australia, at present.

Consultations are GST-exempt; however, all prescribed supplements or remedies incur GST (10%). Payments for the initial Zoom or telephone consultation are required to be made upfront either online through the booking page HERE or via PayPal deposit. For follow-up consultations payments are due on the day of the consultation or upfront if booking online.

Private health fund rebates are not currently available due to the changes in government regulations covering natural modalities in Australia. A few funds still provide rebates for nutrition consultations. Please enquire at the time of booking if your health fund will provide a rebate for your consultation fee.
