These terms apply to purchases made directly from Naturimedica, including downloadable guides, self-paced online courses, consultation bookings and consultation gift vouchers. Products purchased from independent retailers through affiliate links are subject to the retailer’s sale terms. These terms are in addition to rights under applicable Australian law.

1. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Any applicable GST and other charges will be disclosed at checkout. Orders and bookings are confirmed once the relevant payment requirements are met.

Website purchases are processed using the payment methods offered at checkout. Appointments booked through SimpleClinic require full prepayment. Existing clients may book directly and pay by invoice using the payment options specified on their invoice.

2. Downloadable guides and eBooks

Digital guides and eBooks are supplied electronically, generally as PDF downloads. Download access is provided after successful payment, through the website and/or purchase confirmation email. No physical copy is shipped.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a file is missing, inaccessible, defective or not as described, please contact us. We will investigate and provide a remedy where required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Self-paced online courses

Courses are self-paced, with access provided after successful purchase and enrolment. Customers should review the course description and any stated access requirements before buying.

Course access is intended to be ongoing for as long as the course remains offered and supported by Naturimedica. Updates and improvements made available to enrolled students are included while the course remains available. We do not promise unconditional lifetime access. If a course is materially changed or discontinued, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and honour applicable consumer rights.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a course cannot be accessed, is not supplied as described or fails an applicable consumer guarantee, we will provide an appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Online consultations: booking and cancellation

Naturimedica provides online consultations to Australia-based clients. Online appointments booked through SimpleClinic require full payment when booking. Existing clients may arrange follow-up appointments directly and pay by invoice.

Please give more than 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. With more than 24 hours’ notice, cancellation or rescheduling is available without a cancellation fee; prepaid fees will be refunded if you cancel.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments, the prepaid consultation fee is generally non-refundable. Naturimedica may make exceptions at its discretion depending on the circumstances. Any cancellation fee or retention of payment remains subject to applicable law, including unfair contract terms and consumer guarantees.

If Naturimedica cancels an appointment, we will offer a suitable alternative time or an appropriate refund. Please also refer to the consultation booking information on our Contact page.

5. Gift vouchers

Naturimedica currently offers gift vouchers for initial and follow-up consultations. Vouchers for digital guides may be introduced in the future and will be subject to their stated redemption conditions.

Purchased gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of supply, unless a lawful exception applies. The expiry date and relevant redemption conditions will be stated on the voucher or accompanying information.

Consultation vouchers are redeemable for the specified service, subject to appointment availability and the applicable booking and cancellation conditions. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or refundable for change of mind, except where required by law.

6. Products linked to affiliate retailers

Naturimedica may recommend physical products through affiliate links. When you follow an affiliate link to an independent retailer, you complete payment with that retailer, and that retailer handles fulfilment and delivery. The retailer’s sale, delivery and return terms apply to that transaction, subject to your statutory rights. Naturimedica may receive a commission from qualifying affiliate purchases, at no additional cost to you.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, resupply, refund or compensation.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. A change-of-mind restriction does not remove rights where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Unless otherwise stated, purchased digital guides, workbooks and course materials are licensed for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use. They must not be redistributed, resold or published without permission, except as permitted by law.
